DELIVERY WITHIN INDIA

Shipping cost within India is complementary and is completely borne by us.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take up to 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress by logging into your account or reaching out to us through email.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The delivery charges for international orders would be additional and would be charged based on the delivery destination, weight and volume of the product. Delivery charges and mode of delivery would be shared upon inquiry. For instance: if the customer would want the outfit on an urgent basis, we can opt for air freight mode of delivery.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Radhika & Raghav uses third-party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. Radhika & Raghav is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team. 

In the case of 'Cash on Delivery' services, we bear part of the cost as charged by the courier services. However, the remaining part of the amount is requested to be paid by the client. Therefore, when placing the order in case a client opts for a COD facility, there will be an addition of a COD charge to the total order value. 

 

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

We will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from our design House, the outfit will remain with the Design House until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, we will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 3 months. In case of no communication/response from the client over this 6 month period, Radhika & Raghav will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.
